The Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association holds its annual convention, business meeting and awards ceremony during the Midwest Journalism Conference in the Twin Cities.

Each year, we develop a lineup of online training sessions to help everyone in your newsroom do their jobs better, with expert presenters from across the country.

We hold the conference at a convention hotel in the Twin Cities, with training sessions, networking opportunities, the SPJ luncheon, the RTDNA luncheon and the MBJA banquet, where we’ll hand out the Eric Sevareid Awards. We also present an honor for lifetime achievement in the form of the Mitchell V. Charnley Award and install the new MBJA president. We look forward to a great two-day event.
